Get ready for Speaker Showdown, where IESE’s Top 10 storytellers and speakers will go head-to-head for two coveted spots on the TEDxIESE stage.

This high-energy event will showcase the most inspiring voices from across the IESE community — individuals who dare to share bold ideas, personal journeys, and perspectives that can spark meaningful change.

Each finalist will deliver a 5-minute talk in front of a live audience and a panel of judges. Only the top two speakers will earn their place on the TEDxIESE 2025 lineup, joining an incredible roster of thought leaders and changemakers.
