What is energy, and why does it matter? In this 90-minute session, we’ll build a simple foundation for understanding energy vs. electricity, how energy is produced and delivered, and how it shows up in our daily lives. You’ll leave with a clear mental model to make sense of today’s energy conversations.

This session will be led by 1st-year MBA student Ana Sophia Mifsud, who has spent the past eight years working at the intersection of energy, climate, and innovation. Her work includes supporting early-stage technologies and real-world deployment of climate tech across buildings, industrial decarbonization, and resilient power systems. She was recognized by Forbes 30 Under 30 for her work in Energy.
