Vincent is a Partner at IMPACT Partners, a Paris-based investment fund with 300 M€ assets under management, supporting companies with a strong social impact in deprived areas.
Vincent began his career at Arthur Andersen and then joined PepsiCo where he held numerous finance positions in France, England, China and at the group’s headquarters in New York.
Before joining Impact Partners, Vincent spent 7 years at Groupe SEB, as Senior Executive Vice-President, in charge of Finance and Legal. He is a graduate from ESSEC Business School in Paris.

Ashley Olson Onyango is a 2009 IESE alumni, with over 11 years' experience championing financial inclusion and access to finance for agricultural SMEs across sub-Saharan Africa. Ashley has worked with private foundations, public funders, impact investors and key stakeholders across the industry, designing and managing funds to support private sector businesses across sub-Saharan Africa in creating impact on rural and marginalized communities and livelihoods. She is the incoming Head of Financial Inclusion and AgriTech with the world's global mobile industry association, GSMA, promoting and accelerating the use of technology and digital innovations for impact. Ashley is passionate about finance for good and the role that the private sector plays in economic development.
