Understand how impact finance is “bridging the gap” for markets, communities, and people which are being under-served
 With a focus on but not limited to:
• Social Capital: Delivering growth for specific populations (women, minorities, etc) or for necessary projects (building, farming, etc) improving quality of life
• Community Capital: How do we lift sub-sects out of poverty and engage them in the economy? (Education initiatives, etc)
• Start-Up / SME Funds: Access to financing for companies in developing markets
