Join this session to learn from mentorship experts on how to have a successful mentorship relationship, whether you are the mentor or mentee. We will also share practical tips and guidelines to implement in the mentorship relationships you already have, and learn about mentorship opportunities you have access to.

Whether you are a mentor to another WIB member, an admitted student, or would like to learn to be a great mentor and mentee for the rest of your career this session is for you.
