This is your chance to meet your mentor or mentee, set expectations together, and kick things off with positive energy and shared purpose going into this academic year. Whether you backslash backslash backslash ’re here to offer guidance or gain it ( or both! ) , mentorship is a two- way investment. Mentors give back by sharing experience, mentees grow through support and insight and everyone builds meaningful, lasting connections.
