Alicia Revuelta
With nearly 30 years of experience in investment banking and private equity, Alicia has led global financial institutions through major transformations. She was the CEO of Wells Fargo Securities EMEA and held senior roles at Barclays Capital, Bear Stearns, and Deutsche Bank. Alicia currently serves as an independent board member at Banco Sabadell, KBC Bank, EDP, and Ferrovial, bringing deep expertise in capital markets, corporate finance, and financial strategy.

Taryn Andersen
President and Co-Founder of Impulse4Women.org, an organization building tech ecosystems and empowering more women to enter the investment field by providing advisory services to help them prepare for funding rounds, scale operations, and refine business strategies. She is also Investor Relations Director at THCAP VC, investing across North America and Europe, and serves as a Jury Member at the European Commission’s EIC Accelerator as well as Mentor at Women’s Tech EU and the EIC Scaling Club.
