Sabine Mueller
DHL Consulting
https://www.linkedin.com/in/muellersabine13/
I have been dedicated to the logistics sector for close to two decades. Shortly after, I joined Deutsche Post DHL as a business graduate and quickly learned that logistics is much more than trucks, warehouses, shipping containers and stacks of brown boxes. The supply chain and logistics industry happens to be highly complex, dynamic and innovative. Over the years, I held various positions in strategy, corporate organization and consulting.
Today more than ever, my team and I at DHL Consulting passionately guide global logistics leaders and their customers to effectively tackle and overcome supply chain and logistics challenges. As leaders, we cannot ignore the severe transformational changes this field is going through, which require us to rethink the way we do business. Digitalization, big data, artificial intelligence, robotics, IoT, drones, blockchain, and the circular economy will redefine the supply chain and logistics eco-system. With your collaboration, I strive to remain one step ahead of the game to continue to create value throughout the value chain.
Beyond my logistics career, I consider the advancement of women in executive roles to be a fundamental requirement for business success. I believe encouraging diversity in perspectives and leadership styles at C-Level will undoubtedly result in better decisions. I am personally committed to help female leaders succeed and promote more diversity in management teams. To get an insight into my personal views on the future of Supply Chain and Logistics trends, Women in Leadership, and Talent Management, join the conversations on my blog and share your thoughts."
