Vishal Bansal
Amazon
Vishal Bansal is the Finance Director for European Transportation at Amazon. Prior to this he was leading the Inbound Operations across EU for Amazon and before that was the UK Supply Chain Director. Bansal joined Amazon from Tesco where he led a number of teams over 9 years. He was responsible for transforming Tesco’s Store Operations across 3,000 stores, then heading up Supply Chain development worldwide, subsequently taking on various store operations leadership roles. Before Tesco, Bansal spent nearly a decade defining and delivering operations and technology strategy for a number of leading multichannel retailers in the US, Europe and Asia.
A leader with experience in defining business strategy and leading execution for sustained improvements, Bansal is passionate about delivering quantifiable results by focusing on innovation and developing high performing diverse teams. He is an Electronics Engineer and earned an MBA from the Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad.
Sebastien Brion
IESE Business School
Sebastien Brion is an Associate Professor of Managing People in Organizations at IESE Business School. He holds a Ph.D. in Organizational Behavior from the Haas School of Business, University of California, Berkeley. In his research, Professor Brion explores the psychological effects of power, focusing on the attainment, maintenance, and loss of power in group and organizational settings. His research explores how biases in the way that powerful individuals perceive their relationships with others contribute to the loss of power. In addition, he has explored the impact of overconfidence on leadership, investigating the critical distinction between leadership emergence and leadership effectiveness. Professor Brion’s research has been published in academic journals, including Organizational Behavior and Human Decision Processes, Management Science, the Journal of Personality and Social Psychology, and the Annual Review of Organizational Psychology and Organizational Behavior. He currently serves as the Social Influence section editor at Social and Personality Psychology Compass. His research has also been highlighted in various publications, including The Economist, The Wall Street Journal, Le Monde, The Sunday Times, DieWelt, and Valor Economico.
At IESE, Professor Brion teaches core classes on Leadership and Human Resources Management, and electives on Power and Influence, at the MBA and Executive level. Professor Brion has taught in executive programs for firms such as PepsiCo, L’Oréal, Puig, Danone, Santander, Shiseido, NLNG (Lagos, Nigeria), and Kazakhstan Temir Zholy (National Railways of Kazakhstan), among others. In addition, he has held a Visiting Professor position at the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth College and has taught in executive programs for the Haas School of Business Center for Executive Education, the Boston Consulting Group, and MDE (Abidjan, Côte d’Ivoire).
As part of his professional activities Professor Brion has conducted research and consulting projects in the human resources and social media industries.
Amy Orlov

Amy is also a co-author and architect of the Forté Men as Allies initiatives which offer men a framework to be stronger allies in gender equity. Prior to Forté, Amy was the Director of Professional Education and Training at the Graduate Management Admission Council (GMAC), managing a portfolio of onsite and online conferences, symposia and training events. Prior to that, Amy was the Director of the MBA Program Office and Student Services at the Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania.
Throughout her career, Amy has also worked as an educational consultant, providing clients with program design and delivery, assessment and strategy input, and workshop facilitation and leadership program development. Amy holds a Master of Education from the University of Maryland, and a Master of Government and a B.A. in Communications from the University of Pennsylvania. She lives in Philadelphia with her human, canine, and feline daughters.

Bryan was uniquely positioned to launch CoCaptain following a 16-year career as a global human resources leader. In addition to leading CoCaptain, Bryan retains his role as the Principal & Managing Partner of Jules Consulting, a boutique human resources firm. His prior experience includes senior human resources roles at Voxy, World Wrestling Entertainment, Brink's, and Nestle Waters North America. At the start of his career, Bryan
worked as a human resources and communications Intern for G.E. Within each organization, Bryan led transformative initiatives on a national and/or global scale.
Finally, as an avid travel enthusiast, Bryan created Weekend Pilgrim, a global travel community & blog. Weekend Pilgrim engages travelers around "local" food, art and cultural experiences. Bryan received a B.S. from the Cornell School of Industrial & Labor Relations with a Concentration in Law & Society. As a proud father and husband, Bryan currently lives with his family in Westchester, New York, a county just north of New York City.
