Speakers
Rebeca Kung
McKinsey & Company
Rebeca holds an MBA from IESE and an MA in Conference Interpretation from the Middlebury Institute of International Studies at Monterey, California, and is currently a Management Consultant.
Prior to the MBA, she had a conference interpreting business, working with heads of states/governments as well as business leaders for international organizations such as the UN, EU institutions, the World Economic Forum, and private corporations in a wide range of fields across 24 countries in EMEA. She decided to do the MBA to explore a new career path after a long career in conference interpreting and when her son grew out of toddlerhood.
Rebeca believes that to make the workplace more inclusive and equitable for women, we need more the female leadership at the top to reach a critical mass, more allies, and a change of paradigm of what constitutes a good leader.
