As a Talent Advisor, Marie combines a «quite-unique-in-the-market» mix of commercial and human resources expertise.
During the first eight years of her career, she has managed business objectives and strategies, working in Marketing and Sales positions at international companies such as the LVMH Group.
She has developed her professional activity in Europe and Latin America, with diverse responsibilities in very challenging market situations. As such, she has a real knowledge of distribution issues and remains passionned by distribution in general (all channels: retail, OOH, Horeca, BtoB, online).
After this first stage, she has decided to move to HR, first in an international consultancy, and then at the Unilever multinational.
