This day will be organised by each section itself. The main objectives are to check out:
- Where do you stand in your internship search.
- How do you master the career skills needed to get a job
- And what do you need in terms of career development.

At IESE, many students choose to pursue a "Structured" role. However, there are many "Unstructured" internships and post-graduation possibilities. When tackling the "Unstructured" job hunt, it is important to add some limitations to avoid boiling the ocean.
In this module you will:
- Define "Structured", "Semi-Structured" and "Unstructured" recruitment, within the confines of IESE.
- Think about your strategy for achieving your post MBA goals.
- Reflect on your plan to achieve success in the job hunt.
