A must for anyone seriously interested in landing into the Finance and/or Banking sector:
This session will explain various professions in Finance, but will predominantly focus on structured MBA Recruiting in Banking (esp. Investment Banking, PE, Private Banking and of course others that you might not have considered).
Your learning outcomes should be that you can make an informed choice of the most suitable programme for you, based on your skills and passion. It will then discuss the application strategies, recruitment process and timelines.
The session will also include insider information on how a recruiter reads your CV or Cover Letter and advise on the dos and don’t in preparing a “killer” Finance CV and Cover Letter that will send you beyond the 7-second stage.

Laszlo Avramov is Co-Founder and CEO of www.ilovetobe.net and is a lecturer and career coach at top business schools across Europe. He has developed assessment centres for investment banks and leading blue chip companies.
He has worked for over 5 years in the banking industry, in Investment Banking, Private Banking as well as a Management Consulting in London, Frankfurt and Munich. He was further in charge for the recruitment of the In-house Consulting and Group Strategy divisions of a leading investment bank. Laszlo holds a business degree form a leading French business school and is currently researching towards a MEd/PhD at the University of Cambridge.
