Associate Director

Career Management & Counseling

Manuella is a French-born Sri Lankan Tamil. Having lived in the UK, Italy, Sri Lanka, the Netherlands and China before settling in Spain, she has had plenty of opportunities to observe how cultural backgrounds influence our behaviors.

She started her career as an Engineer at L'Oréal before moving to Human Resources, where she specialized in learning and development. Developing a profound understanding of people’s needs on the field helped her grow a strong sense of how to put the right person in the right position.

During these 10 years, she growed a deep interest in soft skills and intensely studied NVC (Non-Violent Communication).

Manuella joined IESE in 2016 where she is currently Career Management Associate Director, managing among others job-hunting related workshops.
