David Sagristà
IESE Business School
David is passionate about coaching communication and leadership to executives. He is a lecturer and speaker at IESE and at several in-company programs and also coaches CEOs at Vistage.es helping leaders make better decisions.
Formarly he worked in Management Consulting at PricewaterhouseCoopers (IBM) and DiamondCluster where he launched several Telecom Operators in the United States, France and Spain. Later, after his MBA at IESE and Chicago GSB, he launched the startup Simphonie and worked as General Manager at Luxiona in China and at a subsidiary of Noatum (owned by JP Morgan). His middle age crisis helped him realise his passion for personal communication as he understood it is at the core of everything we do in life.
David has published the book "The 3 dimensions of Communication". He now lives in Sant Pol de Mar, with his 3 wonderful daughters and his wife, where he plays tennis and padel as often as he can.
