FEMSA is a multinational business, with operations in over 18 countries that has positioned and kept the role of leader across the industries it operates in. FEMSA participates in the retail industry through a Proximity and Health division. 
In the beverage industry, it participates through Coca-Cola FEMSA, the largest franchise bottler of Coca-Cola products in the world by volume.
