This presentation is for both full-time and internship opportunities

We want to hire students who we consider 'great' - ambitious, but eager to achieve career success while doing good for their communities; smart, but constantly inquiring and eager to learn more; and above all, compassionate. TikTok is in a state of hypergrowth, and we've learned from companies who've come before us that this can present a real challenge to the integrity of a company's culture. It's critical to our success that we hire people who will understand, agree with and help grow our company culture.
