8 sessions designed to prepare soon-to-be consultants beginning their Summer Internships at consulting firms featuring insights from successful interns, experienced consultants and industry leaders. Strongly recommended for all MBA 2027's interning at consulting firms over the summer but also relevant for those applying for FT roles in consulting in September or those graduating in 2026 and beginning FT consulting roles after graduation.

3:30 PM – 6:30 PM
Sessions with Javier Rotllant (ex-Bain Associate Partner and founder of NextEp). Part 1 will introduce an exercise and its exhibits, after which students will have around 2 weeks to prepare their analysis and presentation. In part 2, students will present their output and receive feedback from Javier in an interactive setting. Leverage information from other PCS sessions to produce high quality output!

Session with Bruno Sampaio-Reis (CDC Associate Director, ex-BCG, Accenture) focusing on summer preparation strategy for those applying for FT roles in September. Insights on application timelines, office selection and prep material.

Session with Sibei Lin (Academic Partnerships at Think-Cell) focusing on slide design, use of graphs and other elements, and storytelling through Powerpoint presentations. Think-Cell is the standard tool used by almost all top consulting firms globally and is an add-in to Powerpoint.

Session with Owais Quettawala (CDC Associate Director, ex-Bain Manager) focusing on creating models on Microsoft Excel and learning basic to intermediate formulas covering majority of the formulas required by new consultants / consulting interns. Relevant for those who have had limited exposure to Excel / spreadsheets prior to the MBA.
3:30 PM – 5:00 PM
Interactive session with 2nd year students from the class of 2026 who have managed to successfully convert their internships last year and are starting full-time positions at consulting firms after graduation. A great opportunity to learn what it takes to be successful with perspectives from different firms and regions.
