Dive into the exciting world of Diversified Industries and understand the evolving recruiting landscape. This session will cover key trends, market demands, timelines, and the plan for how you can prepare yourself to be best positioned for the recruiting season. Lastly, gain insights into how to navigate this competitive environment and align your career goals with the opportunities available. The session will be structured in the following way: 16:00 - 16:30 - overview on the Tech landscape 16:30 - 17:00 - overview on the energy, general industries, services landscape 17:00 - 17:30 - overview on the FMCG & retail, healthcare and sports landscape 17:30 - 18:00 - general Q&A (optional) - the DI Team will be available for any questions you might have Feel free to join us for any 30 minute slot you are interested in. We will have short breaks to allow students move in and out every presentation. You don´t need to attend the entire session if you are focused on some sector in particular.

Permanent work authorization is also required in those regions for those programs. Note: Applications for New York City are already open and will remain open until the end of September. Applications for the UK and Paris programs will be live in the month of October, with the Mumbai and Hong Kong programs following in December. In this session, all programs will be covered.

Join this upcoming online event for Johnson & Johnson International Recruitment Development Program (IRDP), where your students can engage with their representatives and learn in real-time about Johnson & Johnson: Johnson & Johnson IRDP Virtual Career Event on: September 24 at 9 am PST / 12 pm EST / 6 pm CET October 15 at 8 am EST / 2 pm CET / 8 pm HKT IRDP is an accelerated program for selected candidates who want to join one of our companies in Asia-Pacific, Europe/Middle East/Africa, or Latin America.It provides a personal development plan for each participant that includes hands-on assignments at the local, regional, and/or international level. IRDP assignments are designed to familiarize the participant with policies, processes, and products relevant to bringing vital healthcare solutions to the region and locality in which the participant will be working.The program also provides a robust leadership training curriculum based on the values in Our Credo; mentorships; interaction with senior management; extensive networking; and a broad perspective on the career development opportunities.
