February Career Ambassadors Networking Sessions (Virtual/In person)

Career Ambassadors are IESE Alumni and representatives from Partner Companies who are eager to share insights about their companies, industries, or geographical markets, and provide guidance on navigating your career. We have organized several informal meetings with different Career Ambassadors to enhance your networking opportunities. Event Format: Each Career Ambassador will be available for a 45-minute networking session with up to 6 students. You can select the Career Ambassador you wish to speak with. Career Ambassadors based in Barcelona will join you on campus, while those outside Barcelona will participate online. Purpose: The goal of these sessions is to engage in informal conversations with IESE Career Ambassadors to learn from their professional experiences and receive guidance on your job search. These sessions are designed to be informal and insightful discussions, not opportunities to directly ask for jobs. Instructions: Please register for a slot with the Career Ambassador of your choice. To ensure a smooth and focused conversation, you may meet with only one Career Ambassador per session. Kindly avoid registering for sessions that run in parallel.  Only sign up if you are certain you can attend, as each session is limited to 6 students. Be punctual and conduct prior research before attending the session. Engage interactively and include other participants in the discussion. For virtual sessions, use the hand raise feature and keep your camera on. Do not ask for jobs. Instead, consider discussing topics such as: Your experience at [COMPANY]. What led you to work there? What has kept you there over time? What is it like on the inside, specifically in your role? What are some of the most important tasks you handle in this role? What do you spend the most time on? What do you love about the role, and what challenges do you face? We look forward to your participation and hope you find these sessions valuable for your career development.
