April Career Ambassadors Networking Sessions (Virtual/In person)
Career Ambassadors are IESE Alumni and representatives from Partner Companies who are eager to share insights about their companies, industries, or geographical markets, and provide guidance on navigating your career. We have organized several informal meetings with different Career Ambassadors to enhance your networking opportunities. Event Format: Each Career Ambassador will be available for a 45-minute networking session with up to 6 students. You can select the Career Ambassador you wish to speak with. Career Ambassadors based in Barcelona will join you on campus, while those outside Barcelona will participate online. Purpose: The goal of these sessions is to engage in informal conversations with IESE Career Ambassadors to learn from their professional experiences and receive guidance on your job search. These sessions are designed to be informal and insightful discussions, not opportunities to directly ask for jobs. Instructions: Please register for a slot with the Career Ambassador of your choice. To ensure a smooth and focused conversation, you may meet with only one Career Ambassador per session. Kindly avoid registering for sessions that run in parallel. Only sign up if you are certain you can attend, as each session is limited to 6 students. Be punctual and conduct prior research before attending the session. Engage interactively and include other participants in the discussion. For virtual sessions, use the hand raise feature and keep your camera on. Do not ask for jobs. Instead, consider discussing topics such as: Your experience at [COMPANY]. What led you to work there? What has kept you there over time? What is it like on the inside, specifically in your role? What are some of the most important tasks you handle in this role? What do you spend the most time on? What do you love about the role, and what challenges do you face? We look forward to your participation and hope you find these sessions valuable for your career development.

Industry Meetings: 32 IESE Healthcare
There are 20 invitations for MBA students. Do not miss this Industry Event to network with professionals from the Healthcare Industry. In a rapidly evolving healthcare landscape, data has become the cornerstone of better decision-making, innovation, and patient outcomes. In healthcare today, data has become one of our most valuable assets. From electronic health records and genomic research to real-time monitoring through wearables, the amount of information available is unprecedented. Yet the real challenge lies not only in collecting data, but in transforming it into meaningful insights that support clinicians, empower patients, and improve outcomes. This year’s IESE Healthcare Industry Meeting will explore how healthcare systems can move from fragmented information to actionable knowledge, laying the groundwork for better care. Better use of data opens the door to more accurate diagnoses, earlier interventions, and truly personalized treatments. But it also raises questions of trust, governance, and responsibility. How can we ensure that interoperability works across systems? What role should regulation and ethical frameworks play in balancing innovation with privacy? And how can healthcare leaders leverage data to achieve greater efficiency while keeping patients at the center? How can we facilitate the public-private collaboration to create the best possible health ecosystem? These are some of the debates we will bring to the forefront.
