Dear Energistas,

We are pleased to announce that the time has come for the team of 2017 to kick off the handover season and prep the new management for next year' activities. Energy Club Elections will be taking place between now and Monday, 27 January.  
 
We are looking to find and elect the next set of talented & passionate officers, which will consist of:

• 1 President
• 4 Vice Presidents 
• Collaborators (to be decided together with the new elected President based on the number of interested students and event load after the elections)

If you are interested in a leadership position within the club, we ask you to please send an email to edma.perini@iese.net notifying us of your interest by no later than end of day Monday, Feb 27th (Latest 11:30 pm). The email should consist of the following; 

- Email Title: Energy Club Management Team Candidate / Section X / Name Surname 
- A brief note (1-2 lines) on why you are motivated to join the leadership team & your contribution so far if any
- A picture of you and your potential team/roles if you have any supporting members in mind
- Feedback on this year's events (as a prerequisite we expect you to have attended at least 1 of our events this year if you'd like to be eligible for Presidency)
- Shortlist of ideas for 2018 events (Optional: you may include your pitch deck of no more than 6 slides including the cover page - which you are expected to use during March 2nd voting session)
 
Interested candidates will have the opportunity to present their program to the club membership in an event on campus that will take place on March 2nd: Time & Location to be announced via mail and on FB group. Candidates will have 5 minutes to make their presentation and pitch their ideas for next year and will get 3 min of follow up Q&A. 

At the end of the presentations, you’ll vote for the new team – everyone there (as long as they’re members of the Club). So that means if you want to vote, you must come to the meeting. 
 
Please look through the policies document to be distributed by Student Council. It’s important to know what you’re getting into, but if you have questions, please reach out to the 2017 team and your 1st yr Directors Ravi & Alvaro!

19 - 27 February 2017 - Period to submit the motivation email with the aforementioned list
27 February 2017, Monday - Deadline for submission of interest 
2 March 2017, Thursday - Pitches & Voting Session
10 March 2017, Friday - New team is announced & communicated to members both on FB & Campus Groups
