Join us on Tuesday, October 16 for an hour-long session with IESE's Professor José Luis Nueno, who will introduce us to the latest trends in the retail and luxury space. He will speak about the latest disruptions facing the biggest players in the industry, and the challenging transformations taking place across the customer profile, shopping needs, and the customer journey.
As the consumer changes, what can brands do to compete? What does the "new" customer look like? How are brands and retailers adapting store design and points of sale to keep up? How has the purchasing processed evolved? What does the retail landscape look like a decade from now?
Come join us for an exciting and thought-provoking session!
