Philip Morris International (PMI) is a leading global consumer goods company focused on building a smoke-free future. The company is transforming its portfolio beyond traditional tobacco, with strong investment in smoke-free products, wellness, and healthcare. Since 2008, PMI has invested over USD 15 billion in the development of innovative alternatives to cigarettes, and in 2022 acquired Swedish Match, strengthening its leadership with brands such as IQOS and ZYN. As of 2025, smoke-free products represent around 41% of PMI’s net revenues and are available in nearly 100 markets worldwide.

Philip Morrris will be recruiting MBA second-year students for their Europe Future Leaders Program. However, MBA first-year students are also welcome to attend if they would like to learn more about the company and network with its representatives.
