Modelling Session 1. Accounting for Finance and the 3-Statement Model
Brief introduction on how the income statement, balance sheet, and cash flow statement connect, then we build a live 3-statement model together in Excel, linking the statements step by step. Representatives from the World Bank Group and the International Finance Corporation (IFC) will visit campus to present their recruitment initiatives and global career opportunities. This is a unique chance to learn directly about: - The prestigious Young Professionals Program (YPP) – aimed at 2nd Year MBAs - Global Internship Program - aimed at 1st Year MBAs. - Full-time positions across global offices - Other recruitment programs within the World Bank Group and IFC- For over 60 years, the YPP has attracted top talent to tackle the world’s most pressing development challenges — from poverty eradication and climate change to digital transformation and global health. Please note: if you sign up for the Bootcamp you are expected to attend all sessions. There will be 4 sessions in total. How to Ace the Finance Interview - workshop by Bespoke Finance Education
Bespoke Finance Education has been IESE’s trusted partner for finance interview training for many years, supporting our students throughout the recruiting process and delivering the high-value mock interviews that form a key part of your interview preparation. Ahead of the mock interviews, a Bespoke finance expert will join us in person on campus for a practical session designed to help you master finance interviews. The session will cover the most common technical questions, how to structure strong and effective answers, and how to showcase both your analytical skills and your fit with the team. This is a key opportunity to learn directly from the experts who will later conduct your mock interviews and to build a strong foundation for the recruiting process. If you are following the Finance Track, attendance is strongly recommended and should be considered a must.
