Events

We aim to offer a variety of events to promote mental well-being, including yoga sessions and creative arts and crafts workshops. We plan to implement unique experiences like the Husky Café and partnerships with Sports Club for activities like sailing and hiking to offer fun ways to de-stress. We also feature expert panels with therapists and discussions on topics such as stress management and happiness. Additionally, we collaborate with other clubs like Women in Business and Tech to raise awareness through fairs, social media campaigns, and informative talks.
